Hi all
Quick question

Why does my xxv do this in the burn area?
One side looks like it's all burnt up and the other side looks normal.

Do you think something is wrong

I don't have the exact same stove as you so I can't say for sure. It looks like you're burning an ordinary wood pellet. I think it looks fine. My suggestion is to keep it clean and keep on burnin'.
 
Here is mine for comparison. Burning Douglas Fir pellets.
