Hi there I have a Harmon XXV for 6 years and now it has a quiet clicking noise from the drive chain.
Watching the chain it seems to bind momentarily then clicks and does its thing.
Any body got some advice

I've had that problem when the chain is not aligned on the gears. The chain would occasionally ride up on the sprocket and then drop down making a thumping sound. You may want to check that the chain is riding in a straight line on the gears.

Take a straight edge long enough to go to the edge of each gear to check the sprocket alignment and adjust accordingly then lube the chain with a synthetic lube.
