Hearthstone awful customer service.....

Has anyone else tried to contact Hearthstone? Customer service never picks up the phone...I left three voicemails with them and never did get a response. So I called my dealer only to find out that they no longer carry Hearthstone products....somehow I am not surprised. I was thinking of adding another stove upsatars this summer and I know it will not be a Hearthstone. They have treated me awful.

That's too bad, sorry to hear that. If you're looking for a stove with better customer service, Blaze King might be a good option. They even have a good, consistent presence right here on the forums!

Don't know anything about Hearthstone, but Blaze King answered my dog when she had an issue with insufficient comfyness of the rug in front of the stove. That's customer service!
