I just lit up my older Hearthstone Heritage. It's just getting up to heat now. I happened to be down at floor level and noticed the front burn tube glowing red in the holes and also about a 2" section above the burn tube below the baffle also glowing red. I don't know if it's always run like this and I never noticed before. Is this normal, or do I have a problem? The stove seems to be working just fine. Secondaries look normal to me., but I'm no expert.
