I plan to build a 1200sq foot open floor plan house this spring. There is a large center great room
Which will be a living room, kitchen, dining room combo. I want to have a propane direct vent
Fireplace in the center of this room and it would be better to also have the Heat Pump return air in same
Room about 10 feet from the fireplace. Will this be a code problem? By being direct vent and using
This double pipe, bringing in combustion air from outside I am thinking it may be OK.

Thanks
JM
