Help Installing Firebrick in Mountaineer

Hi, we have a Voglezang Mountaineer that had to get some work done (new baffle put in). We took out the firebrick so we could transport it, and now we can't get it back in correctly!
We feel stupid about this and my hubby is pulling out his hair... does anyone have any tips?
