Help - Ovation WG3 Direct vent Propane Stove

Anyone know where to get parts - or even perhaps a company that works on these in the greater philadelphia-bucks county PA area. ?

Sleazy repair guy from Angie's list took our money for a "diagnostic fee" - 8 weeks later tells us he can't find parts, won;t tell us what parts are needed - take the money and run. I really think it wasteful to have to spend 4000 to replace this thing with something that is almost the same because parts aren't available. I've scoured the internet far and wide.

- any help appreciated - and no more Angie's list......

What is the stove doing or not doing?
Does the pilot light?
Does the pilot hold?
Does burner light & stay on?
Does the burner come on &
then go out after a short time?

Hi. Thanks for the swift reply. The pilot is fine. Burner won’t light. Took it apart and blew compressed air through the burner. Have jumped the on off wires with no avail. Don’t smell gas. Unit started dying -could not regulate the flame before it stopped working

Does the valve make an audible "CLICK" when you jump the TH & TP-TH terminals?
