Our stove was turning itself off after 20 minutes so we called in a tech who replaced the combustion motor and the snap switch but that didn't solve anything. The stove has been cleaned really well and all the switches are clean. We also replaced the control board.
So now we have a set of problems. The stove ignites and the flame is high and strong for about 15 minutes. At that point, the flame dies down to about two inches or so high. There are lots of sparks as well. Initially the convection blower wasn't blowing really hard but right now it is so that is erratic. The heat is very weak as well. Then after about an hour like this, in which the augur is feeding constantly but it seems, the flames are gone altogether. Can somebody help please?

What temperature is the stove set to maintain? It will shut off once that temperature is reached...Does it have an external temperature sensor? Where is that sensor located?

Can you switch to a manual control mode? If you can, try that. (read the owners manual)

Is the auger feeding pellets into the burn pot correctly? Try scooping out all the pellets from the hopper so you can visually see and inspect the low end of the auger. Is the bottom of the hopper full of "fines" (sawdust)? If so, vacuum all that stuff out of there..

Some stoves have a set-up function that allows you to adjust the basic pellet feed rate. You may need to increase that a little.

I'm assuming the stove and vent are clean and free of ash build-up....

No idea regarding temp control but will look. A tech suggested that we jump the snap switch and if that failed then clean the augur. I'll go through your tips too and let you know. Thanks for answering.

have you done what is included in this video, plus clean your venting ?
