Many moons ago there was a fellow who had some nice Belgians and used them a lot. Many times people would hire him to get cars and trucks unstuck or out of ditches. It was quite a hit and the newspapers really liked the pictures to put in papers. Sometimes it is hard to beat the horse.
That was posted on a wrecker forum. Might be only 4 horse power, but what is the torque rating? Actually those horses might even be more than 1 horsepower each. Any experts on that?
When I was a kind in WV, dad had the property logged by mules. I remember going out & watching & riding the logs etc.
Impressive for a kid & still have good memories of it. Allot less damage to the woods but more dangerous.

I also have my childhood memories with horses..They are such a noble and humble animal..I am just astounded by their strength and power...They are superb..
