Seems simple right, just two wires. Can I get them backwards, which goes where. The rk200 shows 12 volt for the connection. The gass boiler should be 24 volt. Do I need a transformer or what.

I'm so lost and confused. Thanks for all your help

I believe that controler recommends an optional module for controling other things. There are only three functions it can be programed to control. One is an alarm when the FUEL message comes on, over heat or bad sensor. One controls a mixing valve and one controls an other boiler. You can use a 12vdc triggered solid state relay as I did, or something similar. The output is very low from my experience so it may not be enough to trigger a coil relay.

I will agree with Rickard, you will need to find a relay with a very low current draw like this (broken link removed) and (broken link removed) found at Grainger. The RK2001ua controller has a 1 and 2 terminal block on the back. It is the terminals are powered with 12 volts when your wood boiler is running. The 12 volts is shut down when you go into "no fuel" mode. The 1 and 2 terminal connects to the 12 volt coil on the relay, you need to break one of the wires going to your TT terminal from your gas boiler control and run them through the 2 normally closed contacts of the relay. Your right simple.
