Counted the bags left in the basement and came up with 27. Hopefully I can make it to May 1st....wow this was a long cold winter!

I will have burned 5 tons this year....I bet the stove will pay for itself in 2-1/2 years.

Cheers!

30 left. If I burn all those, it will be a record 6 ton for me.

275 bags of Somerset pellets left. That is because I have starting to pick up a few bags when I see then around town. Saving the Somersets for next winter. been burning cheat river since I pick up 20 bags this week. they burn fine for the shoulder season. I paid about $3.80 a bags this week. burn more worry less :)

33 Bags........but that's cause I spent the past 4 months in Socal.

We took on 2600 pounds of shells in late FEB. and have plenty left to finish this season and start again in the fall.

Plus we have about 4000 pounds stored in the shop as a backup backup :)

Started the season with 218 bags. I sold 12 to a local in need a few weeks ago. 44 bags remain.

6 bags here, should get me into April...At this point I am thinking I may shut her down at that point. Pellets are available, but I have grown weary of the constant cleaning and ash dumps, as you are probably all aware it has been a LOONNGG winter. I may change my mind as I would have to buy heating oil if I go that route...

1 1/2 ton left now. I'll have enough to get me through the first couple months of next year's shoulder season

I started with 340 and have burned 260 and have 80 to go. This is the most I have ever burned. Not bad I never turn the gas heat on all my boiler does is heat hot water so the bill been like $30. mouth. So my total heat bill all winter with pellet delivery from Lowes is going to be like $1260. give or take plus electricity to run it. Prier to 2008 I was paying $500 plus for oil a mouth until new gas boiler and pellet stove.

Tons left. I always shoot to have a three ton back up of A+ pellets. I had a fourth ton of shoulder pellets left from last spring and bought a ton of FSU and SC in January. I have exactly a 1/2 ton of mixed bags from the January purchase. Once season is over, I plan to grab a ton to start the fall season and not touch the 3 ton stash. Then add another two tons in Nov, Dec or Jan....

29 bags... With all the 50s temps in the forecast, that might be it for the season.

Got another ton coming tomorrow or Sunday. All together this season this makes 7 ton.

I have 64 bags left. I have burned 173 bags since October 26, 2013 (which is 155 days). (However, I did burn oil for 5 days.) So it's 173 bags (3.46 tons) in 150 days or 1.15 bags per day. I figure that with delivery costs, I'm paying $5.46 a bag so I have spent (5.46 x 173) $945 to heat my house this year with pellets. Still much, much cheaper than oil.
