Installed a new Hearth Extension and the thinset product doesn't specify time before heat cycling.

Any suggestions how long to wait? Ideally from personal experience? Most specify time before submerging but not heating.

Installed new tile last Saturday, stove arrives Thursday.

24-28 hours is good for most thinset, if you can walk on it it’s good to go 👍🏼

It’s a floor you tiled right? Mine does not get too warm right in front of the stove.

I’d send it 🤙🏻

Floor under my jotul f400 does not get higher than 90F, The fire resistant carpet about 12"-16" in front of the door glass gets the hottest. It tested 125F yesterday after running 24/7 for weeks.

My dog lying on that spot tested 142F last year.
