Just wondering if anybody knows what the humidity level should be where we store our pellets for the summer? Do they absorb moisture like bags of concrete? Right now my garage is at 55% RH.

Anything below 60 should be safe. Invest in dehumidifier if needed.

I have a basement[un-heated] that stays around 60 degrees all year...actually got below 50 during this years Vortex..
never had any problems.. I make sure to keep the pellets off the concrete floor and store them on pallets.
