What we got here fellas? It a fairly common tree around here. A similar looking tree (having similar looking leaves at least , has thorns on it , is that a black locus?) but most do not have thorns & this one does not. Leaves just strting to bud I suppose. Thanks.

Yup, I have a thornless honey locust tree growing away out front that I got from the National Arbor Day Foundation tree selling folks 20-25 years ago as a 3' seedling that looks just like this.

Thanks guys, I went & got it because of what you said, already CSS. Yes I belive it'll be a good burn. I'll be seeking more in the future
