In connecticut we are in a bad crunch of no pellet available anywhere. Im on my last bag of pellets.

For anyone in connecticut, do you know any store that has pellets available. Theres one store ct pellet, and if you havent bought from them, your not considered their vip list person so even though they have tons, they wont sell to us because it would take away from their vip buyers. All other smaller stores are out and not knowing when the next truck will show up. Please help.

Where in CT are you? The Home Depot near me in North Windham had a shipment this week, so pellets are still coming. It would help if you said where in state you are. Sometimes there are small places around that people could let you know about.

Im in New Milford ct. But Im willing to drive for them. Seriously, there has been no store able to keep their tons in the store. Agway in danbury got 200 tons this morning and by 6 pm, they were out. Tractor barn in new milford has been waitng on 4 trucks for a week. Same with home depot. The last shipment they got was on tuesday and it was gone by 8 pm that day. Wonder how much there is there.

Primo Pellets in Wallingford SHOULD have pellets. I picked up 10 bags there this past Tuesday.

Wallingford is a pretty central location.

Tractor Supply in Old Saybrook had 60 tons as of last night. Lee Energy - Nature's Energy Premium for $229.50 per ton. (They don't look great but I'm mixing them with Okanagans.) The person I spoke with said he expected them to be gone by the close of business on Saturday 3/1/14.

Benedicts Agway in Monroe has had pellets all season. I was there 2 weeks ago. They had Dry Creek and Allegany $6.50 a bag. They claimed they had tons and tons available last time I was there. Also, check Black Swan, they were only selling 10 bags max, but had pellets last time I checked. Good Luck!

use searchtempest.com to seach craigslist. There were a few people selling them near hartford but they are going for around $8.00 per bag. If you do manage to find some, most pellet stoves can burn a 50/50 mix of pellets and shelled corn so you can stretch your pellet supply.
