Inside wood furnace install ?

My flue is on one side of the house plandome is on the other. Can I make this work without hooking to my existing trunk line. 1200 square foot log cabin with 600 square foot Loft and full basement unfinished. Current setup Fisher papa bear with 25 foot 6 in stainless flue. Just wanting more heat upstairs.
 
Maybe he meant plenum? Which means there must be an existing hot air system in place - which wasn't mentioned exactly & details of which might be needed for decent feedback.
