Installing a new Hearthstone Manchester to take the place of our Leyden. The 3 screw holes for the pipe connection on the Leyden were in different locations than the Manchester (meaning the existing holes in the pipe won't line up). Can I just line up one of the holes and create 2 new ones in the pipe, or is this a no no. The extra holes will be down inside the collar.

Thanks!

Just make new holes no problem

Agreed with bholler just make new holes. I picked up some woodstove pipe sealant from menards and applied it around the pipe. It helped put my mind at ease.....
