Install woodstove in basement?

Client wants this woodstove moved downstairs to where this cleanout is located. How involved would a job like this get?

Oh definitely. It will most likely involve opening the wall up enough to get into the ash dump to build structure probably remove wooden forms etc. Its not fun or cheap.
