I have an Invincible T (year made unknown, probably between 92 and 96) that has given me trouble recently. Heat output low. Motor and distribution fan constantly operating. The stove has a NEW MOTOR, NEW DISTRIBUTION FAN, NEW ESP SENSOR. I’m installing an OkeFen auto fee pellet boiler.

My question: since I’m not at all satisfied with the Invincible T performance, should I sell it as a whole stove or sell the individual parts listed above and cash the cast iron at a scrap yard?

You've probably already got rid of it, but I just noticed this post and wanted to stick up for the old "T". I've had mine for 4 years now and love it. I think there are still a lot of fans of these old stoves out there so I'm sure someone would buy it for repair.
