My brother is looking to purchase a hawkee stove for $110. I can't find any info on it wondering if you guys have any experience with them or have any knowledge on them. We have not had a chance to look at it yet or inspect it. I know to look for signs of over fire and warpage. Anty advice on this would be appreciated thanks.

Bumping to the top . . . maybe you'll get a response. Never heard of this brand.

As for what to look for in terms of overfiring . . . warped parts, discolored metal. Other folks who have more experience buying used stoves will perhaps contribute ideas of what to look for.
