I got Roundflex Heavy liner and intended to use it with a "universal" 1 × 6" Forever Flex 316Ti-Alloy Stainless Steel Light Flex

I was told that I need to use more heavy duty

6" Olympia New Universal Components Stainless Dripless

Can I still go with the light one? Thanks

I’d probably use the one with the band as well as run 2 or 3 screws through it and the liner
The difference is the first one heavy duty vs other . I use heavy liner , so they suggested I use thicker one.

I don't like poking holes in flex liner if avoidable. The band clamp adapter should work. This is not typically a weak link. I'd be surprised if there was a major difference in the gauge between the two.
