[Hearth.com] Is this the GOOD Lignetics? Link Removed Hi, I'm still very new to all of this but need to know if this is the better burning Lignetics pellet? Hope so, because I just bought 25 bags of them. I couldn't pass up on the price and could only haul that many in my SUV. Per bag True Value in Quinton, NJ charged $5.39.Link Removed

I hear alot of good things about them. My true value is charging 7$ a bag for them here. Thats a good price you got. I havent burned them yet personally

I've burned those on a few occasions, always been decent. It's just my local hardware store that carries them jacked up the price......now they're just not worth it. $5 a bag sure, $6+ a bag....nope!

Just burn them and let us know if they're good or not. So much is stove dependent that you'll find stove owners liking/hating the same pellet. It's fun trying different brands. I'm just finishing the last of some Fireside Ultras and have some Inferno Golds ready after a stove clean out later today.

I have burned bout a half a ton of them and they burn nice in my stove no complaints here

No stove yet, but I plan on getting more of the Ligs when the next truck delivery comes in, hopefully next week and if I'm lucky the price will be the same. I was told the price might change. I'm sure if it does per bag will most likely be higher than what I just paid.

I picked up three tons of lignetics (in that bag) off craigslist for $550. Seems to burn fairly well and at under $4/bag, that seems like a great deal to me. I wouldn't have paid much more than $5/bag for it though with the big box prices still way lower. I keep harassing Home Depot for blazers but they subbed stove chow into my order last time so I have a barn full of them and the lignetics.

Anyone notice that the stove chows are very small and much darker this year? They make a lot of heat (and ash)probably because there are like three times as many pellets dropping per turn.

Bought my Lignetics in June and July from local Do-It for $235 a ton. Set for the season. Sick of big box sub-standard crap, excuses and substitutions. Won't buy from them again unless in an emergency.

Those are the good ones. I bought 2 tons of them at the beginning of the season. 100% love them. Low ash, lots of heat, and they don't crap up the inside of the stove. Next year if my distributor has them again, I will be getting at least 3 tons of them.
