Jotul F600 with no baffle and no blanket

Just rebuilt mine. It wasn’t horrible. Definately will have 3-4 tubes of Rutland cement next time. But I see the baffles cracked, not horrible, just enough to notice. Once you reseal it and put the baffles blankets back, it will rock.
 
The F600 cast baffles usually held up well, unless someone superheated them by leaving the ash door open. That will lead to warping them, if done a lot or worse, the bottom plate cracking (usually in left rear corner as you face the stove). The Firelight is a great heater, operated correctly. The secondary burn system will last year after year, if not disturbed when re-loading. But changing the interior of a stove is not a good thing to do. Stay safe all.
