Does anyone on the forum have any information on how to contact Jotul directly. I am having an issue with my stove and would like to talk (E-Mail) to someone from Jotul.
 
Just outa curiousity...what kind of issure are you having??? I'm getting ready to maybe by a Jotul. Thanx
 
Jotul NA is one of those companies that prefer you go through your dealer. They do have a consumer contact phone number:

Consumer Contact: For more information contact Jotul North America at (800) 797-5912, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.

You should talk to the dealer you bought it from & have him get
in contact with the factory rep who services your area of the country.
Give your number (or email addy) to the dealer & have THAT passed
to the rep & he will contact you. That is the way Jotul US prefers to do
things...They do not like to be contacted by customers, they'd rather
make the contact from their end...
 
Folks not everyone buys these new from a dealer. Im in that class.

However, a good point would be to try and find a good local dealer. I have found most jotul dealers to be knowledgable and helpful. Some even carry some stock.
 
Whatever problem you are having has likely been addressed here at some point in time. Come on, let it out.

They do have regional reps, I had spoken with one several years ago, however contact with him was though the dealer that I bought the Oslo from.
