That even certified WETT installers can screw up. I couldn't figure out why newly installed PE Super Steptop wasn't drawing worth a dam. I would start a fire and it would mainly smolder for about 20 minutes and then burned poorly unless the door was open.
Turns out the installer never removed the 4" inside air cover plate. Once I discovered and removed that puppy my stove now performs very nicely.
Never assume somethings done right, especially if there are any problems.
