Kent stove insert?

Hello, I'm hoping for some insight on the insert pictured. From what I can tell it's a Kent tile fire? Maybe not the correct model... It's new to me, came with a house I'm just about done renovating.
-Am I correct on the model?
-is there a badge or something somewhere that would tell me that?
-it definitely needs a good cleaning and some repair of the tile(?) on the back side, are those generic enough or something specific to this?
-The fans sound like jet engines, can they be cleaned/lubricated, or replaced?

Anything else I need to look out for or deal with? I'd have someone come out to inspect, clean and install a liner in the chimney if we decide to keep it.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks for your time

There's a chance that this is a slammer installation. That is, it just dumps smoke into the fireplace chamber. Check to see if it is connected to a stainless liner. If not, and it's just slammed in, which is no longer permitted. For sure have a certified professional sweep check out the chimney system for integrity and creosote build up.

Begreen, you are correct, there is no liner. We would definitely have someone come out and inspect and do what's necessary to make safe and permitted. Thanks
