I bought a used King kp130. This is my 2nd season. I keep getting an err2 error. I’ve cleaned it out. I attempted to remove the auger to inspect it but can’t get it out. I disconnect the motor and the upper bushing then attempt to slide it up to pivot the bottom out but it won’t pull through the lower bushing for some reason. I can’t help but wonder if that’s indicative of the underlying problem. Anyway, I put everything back together hoping cleaning it out thoroughly would do it but ran it again and after a short time of it running (maybe 15 minutes) it stopped dropping pellets and the err2 message came back. Looking for advice because finding someone to service it has also been a pain.
