Hello all-
I am in the process of trying to get my Regency CI2600 installed. I got a liner from a buddy who used it for one season. Installed it in the chimney and it was a bit short. Stove store gave me @6' of liner and an adapter to marry the two together. At this point I discovered that the liner I have is a 5.5". The adapter doesnt quite fit as there is daylight around the diameter.
Am I screwed here? D I need to purchase a whole 6" liner kit now? Or is there an adaptor/reducer that I can use? Is this even recommended since the stove is rated for 6"? Chimney height is @25'+/-.
Hoping theres an answer that isn't $600.
Thanks
