Now that I have a flex liner up my chimney I'm wondering if I should foam-in the holes in the cinderblock surrounding the clay flue? I'm still getting dead bugs & cobwebs in the back of the fireplace. The mortar is perfect in this 10 year old brickwork & I can't find any other openings where bugs are getting in.
