Hi, We own a Harman ACCENTRA 52I Pellet Insert that was purchased in 2014 and have used it the past 5 winters. We have been having some problems with it not starting correctly, and also we don't think the thermostat is working. We feel like it needs a good tune up and serviced.

We are located in Central Ohio and wonder if there are any technicians on here that might be able to assist us and get us a quote for their service.
