I am currently looking at a tough looking p45 and it was pulled out of his house and then has been used to heat the shop and its not pretty and could use some loving . I am familiar with p series but have not ever got into a p45 and I know the igniter is not operating on this stove , give me your thought s on the p45s please - are they expensive because of the igniter pump , burn pots , ect - is it just better to stick with the usual pseries and leave them alone . I have found the p series I own have both needed auger bodies replaced due to the burn through close to the pot and I would suspect the p45 might be worse due to the corn burning - is this the case with them or are they a great stove .
