Just stopped into my local box store and they started carrying Natures Own Wood pellets. Never heard of them and was wondering if anyone on here has used them before. and there opinion on them
I went diggin to see what I had on them. My stuff got lost when a drive failed. So I have little to post. I do remember the address was similar to another Energex sister pellet. I burned some and The results were right in the ball park with what I have seen with many of the energex brands(stove chow-FSU-ect.). I'd buy them if they ever show up here again.
I burned some in my P-61 a couple of years ago and I didn't have any issues other than maybe a little ashy, but what's a little ash if the price is right.
Go to go. Lowes is pulling a fast one by me this year. $209/ton for what they call basic although every pallet is marked $4.18/bag or $209/ton. Service girl said it was wrong so who knows the real deal. Premium pellets are $5.25/bag. Bought 3 tons @ $4.18/bag or $209/ton of Summerset and 2 tons of Nature’s own $209/ton. Green Supreme were $5.25/bag, go figure.
Also 10% coupon is a no go on pellets since the receipt rings up contractor discount when buying a ton or more. manager can not even override it.
