I have a Lopi Berkshire which has operated for the last year with no issues. Recently, the remote started not turning on or off the stove at times (not consistently so anyway). I replaced all batteries, and it seemed to work for a bit. It soon went into random working mode. Sometimes it will turn the stove on and off, sometimes not (and have to go to manual operation). I changed the batteries in the remote a second time, no help.
The factory won't help with troubleshooting. Any suggesting? Thanks.
