Hi All, Just bought a Lopi Liberty. The ash can handle is SO tight, I cannot move it unless I use plumber pliers. I sprayed some hi temp graphite on the mechanism, but it's still like pulling teeth. I'm a 75 yr old female ( still spry and active), and it's impossible for me to move it. Had a neighbor come in and he had the same issue. Any suggestions? Thanks much!

Get the dealer out there to check it out.

I something got damaged during shipping or installation, it's better to have the dealer's eyes on it for warranty repair.
