So, have had a couple fires now in the newly installed Super insert. The blowers sound louder than I think they should be. Almost like a metallic grind sound. Was thinking the bearings could use some lube but they are sealed bearings. Anyone else have this issue? Do they sell just the bearings?

The bearings themselves would make no noise unless they were bad. Since they are new, it is unlikely that the bearings are bad yet. Could be a mounting issue, or out-of-balance. This could lead to a bearing failure due to vibration. The only other way to ruin a bearing is heat.
There is a possibility the bearing(s) were damaged when they made the blower. If you can remove it, then run it on the bench.

The insert is not new, its a 2010 model. The bearings/blowers spin fine, just seem louder than they should.

I know what you mean. You really need the blowers on in an insert though. I have two blowers in my pellet stove, but again I can't do anything about it except turn the room blower speed down.

The blower should be reasonably quiet on lower speeds. Make sure fan cage isn't rubbing. @Dix has this insert for a sound comparison.
