Newly purchased house has Enviro M55. Issue is flame error #2.
History: Repair shop vacuumed entire unit. Worked for them but we didn’t have pellets. We added pellets later and unit showed err #2 again. Only way to clear error was unplug although it did not work when we plugged in again, just cleared error.
Repair shop came back replaced convection blower and unit ran great until pellets were gone. We emptied burn pot, loaded more pellets next day (cold stove) and turned on, stove would not light. Just kept dropping pellets. Unplugged, checked all doors, emptied ash pan, tried again, error 2. We are able to hit the power button again and the auger drops a few pellets then goes to error 2 again.
Do you think it is the vacuum hose? Where is it on the M55 insert?

Error 2 is a vac leak
Make sure the door and ash pan are closed and latched
Also with a no start but pellets drop make sure the burn pot liner
is seated correctly and the right way around
The Vac switch is on the left side of the stove close to the combustion fan motor
If you don't have a manual here is a copy of FS steel

Thank you, I’ll try tomorrow. Giving my husband Thanksgiving off. Enjoy the day!

Do you know if the stove has had the Convection fan upgrade?
The old fans could not clear the heat fast enough on high heat
so the Hi-Temp sensor would trip.

I’m not sure what model fan was just installed. I believe the tech installed an OEM. I’ll report back if it trips again. Thanks again!
