Allocated are $3.8 million for the entire initiative.

Among other things, efficient WOOD PELLET BOILERS are now part of the heat Loan program as follows:
- 0% interest loan up to $25,000 with terms up to 84 months
- Must be installed in a 1-4 unit residential building as a central heating system
- Must meet detailed specifications, including a thermal efficiency rating of 80% or greater, and emissions rating <= to 0.15 lb/MMBtu and at least 2 tons of bulk storage
- Requires prior approval
