Pretty nifty (broken link removed to http://www.dsireusa.org/incentives/incentive.cfm?Incentive_Code=MA135F&re=0&ee=0) starting at 7K and up.

My municipality has it's own electric company and doesn't participate. I'd be on this program asap if not.
