I am a Realtor and handy sort of guy. Been having a problem on a Majestic 39 BDVR gas logs that won't light. There is gas in the propane tank and have had one Heating & Air person to come look (didn't seem to familiar with Gas Logs). The logs do not seem to be getting any gas through and the ignition is sparking. Made sure that the gas valves on the tank and by the logs. Electric switch is on (not sure what that does for it is not controlling the spark). I guess these have not worked for about 4 years and would like anyone's advice trouble shooting. Have not checked any power with a multi-meter as of yet. Just hear gas coming through the line also.
