Made a form to cast a nozzle for my biomass 60. Waiting on my refractory, cement and needles to show up now. I still gotta make forms for the other parts.. was just going to buy the parts but was unable to find them. I think I can use some 5 gallon buckets as part of the forms for the curved parts.. hope everyone is in good shape to stay warm this winter !

Another one. Made from aluminum coil stock and some scrap wood.

this homemade nozzle is for my econoburn 100 . oiled the form (vegetable oil) and used foam for the nozzle part of the mold to make it easily removable. 1st try i used plywood and had a hard time getting the brick out. the air inlets are PVC . Bruce
