I'm using softwood pellets for the first time,and they don't seem to be sliding down the Harper as easy. Has anyone done anything to make their Harper more slippery? Thanks.
 
When the hopper is empty rub it down with wax paper or car wax. If you use car wax wipe, on wipe off
