I've burned Somersets in the past, but I seem to have gotten a batch this year that produces large, heavy clinkers. They also seem a little slow to ignite in my boiler. Hate to say it, but Indecks are burning better. Anybody else experiencing this?

I bought Somersets this year based on good reviews from past years (and partially because the place I buy from was out of what I normally get).
I'm honestly disappointed... they have an off smell to them, burn low, slow and the ash has been forming bricks in the burn pot before falling off into the ash pan.

Sad too... I was excited to try these based on prior reviews.. I would have just waited for my regulars to be in stock since I wasn't really in a rush
