Hi guys. We've got some problems with a Morso 3610. It came with the house some friends bought, however, the chimney was the wrong size and it looks like the stove was fired too hot. The right hand vermiculite brick has a big crack/gash in it. We have the replacement piece, however, finding a way to install it is pretty difficult. Morso has been exceptionally hard to deal with. The rear panel on the back of the stove doesn't seem to get us anywhere. It's pretty hard to tell what to do or how to get in there to replace the brick. Does anyone have any ideas on how to proceed with this? Thanks! Dan.
