hello, Hoping someone on the list may have had experience with Morsos.
I just had a morso stove installed (8148), well almost installed. After the tile was down, the stove was in place, the outside air supply
installed and the chimney in place, the contractor couldn't get the telescoping connector pipe to fit thru the top plate of the stove. the pipe fits onto the flue adapter ok if the top plate is removed but the hole in the top plate is too small for the standard excel connector pipe to pass down thru to the flue adapter. what gives? any ideas would be appreciated.
