Hey guys I posted this up over at I burn corn but wanted to share. Haven't seen too much talk about MT Vernon igniters on here lately but figured this would be good info to share. http://forum.iburncorn.com/viewtopic.php?t=11859
Pics of the new firepot. Back side has opening, front side has larger opening. Should be available from your local dealer, part #SRV7034-072, I don't have a suggested retail as I don't think Quad does, at this point cause it is really up to your dealer. As a guess i would prob retail these for around 65 bucks.

Is this for the AE or the earlier models? What's the problem with the igniters? I have an older model 2006 I think.

It's for the AE models. They tend to have igniter failures especially if your burning corn.
