My Fall Fireview Project

[Todd]

Picked this up today. It’s in pretty good shape for a 1997 model. It was at someone’s lake cabin and used very little over the years. Some fresh paint, gaskets, buffing out the scratches and maybe cement the firebox seams and she'll look good as new. Not sure on the life of the cat but it’s not falling apart.

Good looking stove, and nice job moving it without breaking anything!

That's going to be a nice stove when you're done.

Nice find. You're on a roll and will be opening a stove shop soon.

Glass retainer and gaskets should be here today so I should get her back together this week. I’ll get some pics together of the final product.

I’ve seen a couple other Fireview’s for sale locally for over $2k that look in pretty good shape as well as another in rough shape for $700. Not sure what I’ll do with this one yet, it’s a little nicer than the one I have installed in the cabin. I may switch them out or sell not sure yet. I’d like to get my hands on a used PH some day.
