Hi everyone. I'm looking at a Napoleon Huntsville EPA 1100 Wood Stove (looks to be in very good shape). I have a 10 year old house that is still pretty tight and I currently have a Pacific Summit. The Summit is TOO BIG for my house (~1300 square feet).

So I'm looking at a down-grade in size and output. Do you think the Huntsville is the right size for my house? Is the quality okay? The price on the stove is only $300... I also have an oil furnace for backup or main heat.

Thanks in advance for any/all help.

Any help would be appreciated.

That looks like an oldie. I would get something newer unless it has seen little usage. Look up at the secondary manifold and make sure it is in good solid condition and not rusting out. Also, this stove takes short wood if I recall correctly. Something like 12" to load N/S, so that's to be considered. And it will want a 16' flue system, unlike the Summit.
