What a great stove. The open fire was nice in the fireplace, but I have to say, this thing heats a lot more of the house. And, it's much cleaner with no smoking in. Wish I would have done it last year.

Does this come in a sleeveless version

Great stove, and my kind of installation, I like it very much. Too bad the door opens from the wrong side, or else I'd own one. :-P Rick

It opens from the side God intended wood stove doors to open from.

Then how come his wood is stacked on the left?

But hey, some of my best friends are southpaws!

Gosh Rick, my Osburn opens from the same side as the Englander. Maybe it's just those "off" brands you've been buying!?!? ;-)

Perhaps. But, then, it seems to me He made a few other questionable calls, as well. :-/ Rick

Ours is not to reason why. Ours is but to burn real dry.

That thing is a beast. I bet you can't even compare burning in the fireplace to heating with that thing. Nice stove.

Ya, not even close. Going to have to read the gas meter so they don't estimate it now! Considering moving the TV into the parlor where it's a little cooler.

As for the way the door opens? Wow, you guys are hard core! I didn't even think about it until now. Now I'm going to have to stack the wood on the right! But that's OK, I'm ambidextrous when it comes to loading the stove!
