The pellet feed auger motor on my DC-2000 is recently deceased. Bought the stove in 2004, and know from past experience not to bother calling Dell-point. There were problems with the stove right after purchase; getting help/info, and eventually parts was a real hair-puller. I stumbled onto this forum, saw what appeared to be helpful advice. An thread from lowcostheat seemed to be giving very sound advice to someone with an Europa pellet stove(also made by Dell-point). I'd greatly appreciate contact with a dealer that has access to parts for this stove.
