Need Encore 2250 refractory

Hi, I think we received the wrong Refractory Assembly.
I attached the picture of what we have and of the wrong stuff we got from Amazon that does not match their product photos on the Amazon website. There is a picture with what they actually sent us. Is there any chance I can find the correct piece and buy it from somewhere locally? It’s getting cold here..please help!

And any suggestions ( for the future) on how to take this piece out and put it back in easier than pulling all the parts out of the stove would be very appreciated! Is there a manual for Encore 2250? Any idea how to read the manufacturing code date? Thankful for any suggestions.

There are several threads here trying to puzzle out how to get parts for this model. It's not easy. Maybe call BlackSwanHome.com to see if they have sorted this out. 860-799-7917 Be sure to state that you have a 2250.

Picture 2 (your broken box) and picture 3 (amazon pic) look the same refractory boxes. What they sent you is not the correct box. Call Amazon and explain the situation. Their shipping might be faster than black swan (but i would call them as well to find out the shipping situation).
